Chocolate Peanut Butter Tofu Pie

'OMG' is right, chocolate, peanut better and tofu all in one! here`s the recipe:

>1 12-ounce package of vegan chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
>1 16-ounce package firm tofu
>1 1/2 cups of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
>1 1/2 cups of soy/almond milk (more or less to desired texture)
>1 vegan graham cracker crust (i made my own with some crushed graham crackers and vegan butter)
>Extra chocolate chips and walnuts for option topping.

1: Melt the chocolate chips in a double broiler (or just a steel bowl over a pot of boiling water) or microwave.
2: In a food processor or blender/mixer add the melted chocolate chips, tofu, peanut butter and soy/almond milk. Blend until very smooth adding more soy/almond milk if desired.
3: Pour the filling into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate for an hour or two.
3: For a hard topping, after the pie has been chilled melt more chocolate chips and pour then on the top (this is when you would want to add any option topping) and refrigerate for another hour.

Your done! Enjoy.
